Broadcom, the company best known for its legal skirmishes with Qualcomm [1], reported fourth-quarter results that exceeded expectations. The company said net revenue reached $1 billion and net income was $90 million, up 100 percent from the year-ago quarter. Broadcom's stock rose more than 6 percent on the news. The company is predicting a strong outlook for revenue driven by Bluetooth, WiFi nd digital TV.
