700 MHz auction creeps along

A handful of E-Block licenses were the subject of interest among the sparse remaining active bidders in the 700 MHz auction. The new bids propelled the auction's total winning bids to $19.52 billion. Only 40 new bids were placed during round 102 on Friday.
