Calypso sues T-Mobile USA over Hotspot@Home service
FMC company Calypso Wireless has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against T-Mobile USA, charging that the operator violates its patent pertaining to how T-Mobile switches callers between GSM and WiFi connections.
T-Mobile's HotSpot@Home service has been in operation since June 2007, and has been steadily increasing the number of devices that can take advantage of the service. T-Mobile said in a statement that "based on its preliminary review the company believes that Calypso Wireless's allegations are without merit." T-Mobile said it intends to defend itself vigorously in this case."

I love my WiFi/HotSpot calling!
It's nice for in-building service, and to get coverage in places T-Mobile/Roaming service isn't available.
Heck I could be out in the middle of West Virginia, where not even VZW has service, and still have service on my Katalyst! - all my friends are amazed!
