Japan's NTT DoCoMo has partnered with Fujitsu, Sharp and semiconductor company Renesas Technology to co-develop an HSUPA platform. DoCoMo said the SH-Mobile G4 single chip LSI device, will support HSUPA1/HSDPA2/WCDMA and GSM/GPRS/EDGE and will be completed in early 2010. Article
