Is the 700 MHz auction near its end?

The 700 MHz auction is still moving along, albeit very slowly. Round 119 yesterday garnered 25 new bids across the A, B and E Blocks. The auction total provisional winnings bids reached $19.539 billion.

Denver's E-Block license received the largest bid, drawing an offer of $640,000 to reach $23.1 million. Bidding for the B Block centered in the Eastern U.S. while E Block activity remained in the Midwest and Southwest.
