Novatel sues Franklin Wireless, ZTE claiming MiFi patent infringement

Novatel Wireless announced it has filed suit against Franklin Wireless and ZTE, claiming the companies are infringing on five of its patents related to key architecture and functionality of its MiFi family of mobile hotspot devices. Novatel filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Release
