Rumor: Cisco close to buying Navini

Unstrung reports Cisco is expected to make its move into the WiMAX arena before the end of the month and that WiMAX vendor Navini is the target. According to ThinkEquity Partners analyst Anton Wahlman says Cisco will pay around $230 million for Navini, a vendor that has raised about $160 million in financing since its birth in 2000.
