Tools

Sony's latest laptops, the Vaio Y and Z series, will feature Novatel Wireless' MiFi services, enabling the laptops to share a 3G connection with up to five other devices via a created WiFi hotspot. Avaliable June 20 on a few Sony Y and Z notebooks, the "Share My Connection" feature will use a 3G connection from Verizon Wireless, which means users will have to sign up for the operator's data plan via a contract.
